The focus for Whims Brewing involves the creation of lovely beers utilizing expressive yeast strains and bacteria, exploring different malt varieties, and the use of wood during fermentation and aging.

We also love creating beers that utilize a variety of fruit, herbs and flowers.

​

And we can't help but brew up some classic style beers as well. So...we'll have a little something for everyone.

When possible, we seek to use ingredients grown in our great state of New Jersey. Regardless of where they originate we always strive to uphold usage of the highest quality of ingredients.
